Went back to the Skytree and this time got in no problem. Go in west entrance and pay 2800 yen. Only foreigners are allowed to jump the line this way, and yes you have to show your passport. The extra 800 yen gets you in immediately with no line and well worth it. You still have to pay 1000 to get to the 450 deck, but you can only buy that ticket on the 350 deck.
Went to Asakusa and had self service Ramen again, then went to find the river cruise. Took the Tokyo Cruise from Asakusa to Hinoide Pier, but would have been much better to go to Odaiba. Unfortunately the lady directing traffic at the ticket sales machine gave bad information and ended up on the wrong boat. Had to take a monorail over to Odaiba.
Got off at Daiba station and saw a small version of the Statue of Liberty and then wandered into an Octoberfest party. From there saw a giant robot and went on the Giant Sky Wheel in Palette Town which is a 130 meter tall Ferris Wheel.
The giant Robot is a life size Gundam. You can read more about it here: http://www.kanpai-japan.com/tokyo/life-size-gundam-statue
